Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Thank you for supporting Becoming Journal. We are honored to share this work with you. Below you’ll find important details about how we handle shipping and returns.
1. Shipping Information
1.1 Processing Time: Orders typically will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. During launch periods or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. Please note that if we are out of inventory, it may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
1.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery: If able, we may personally deliver your magazine. If we are unable to do so, the shipping cost is on us. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us at info@becomingjournal.org to explore options. For shipping, we will be using the standard USPS First Class Mail.
1.3 Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email following a completed order. Delivery should take between 1-5 business days.
1.4 Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local post office. Then, contact us at info@becomingjournal.org and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Returns: Because Becoming Journal is a limited-run, small-batch publication, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.
2.2 Exchanges: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@becomingjournal.org including your order number and a photo of the issue.
2.3 Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. If you made an error, contact us immediately at info@becomingjournal.org, and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
We deeply appreciate your support of Becoming Journal. Every purchase directly supports the creation and sharing of faith-filled, beautiful work. If you have questions about your order, or need help with an issue, please reach out to us at: info@becomingjournal.org.
